For IT, we'll work with your provider to make sure equipment is disconnected, packed, and reconnected properly rather than yanked and hoped-for. If your new space isn't ready on schedule, we can store your furniture and equipment until it is.

We can move locked filing cabinets with documents inside if they're on casters or we use proper lifting equipment. For heavy lateral files, we may recommend emptying them first — we'll advise during the walkthrough.
How far in advance should I book an office move?
Two to three weeks is ideal. That gives us time to do a walkthrough, plan the layout at your new space, and coordinate around your schedule. We can handle shorter notice too — just call.
